Photoshop quick masking

Masking is a very useful tool in Photoshop. A mask is basically an additional layer but only on a chosen area of an image. Here is how to do quick masking

  • Go to the menu and select Window
  • Click on „Masks” so that the masks panel would appear
  • Or choose color range inside the Masks Panel
  • This will make you being able to do a quick color-mask on any photo
  • This function is great if you want a quick color effect on any pic
  • You can select any area with the „Hand” tool to where you want to apply the mask
